The live/VOD coaching platform offers a unique experience for coached cycling. Here's how to get all set up.
- Initial Login

- Computer/Android tablet users: Open Google Chrome, then click HERE to login.
- NOTE: If using a desktop/laptop or Android tablet, this platform ONLY works in Chrome. - iPad users: Download the Velocity Cycling app, then login.
- NOTE: If you have the option to use an iPad vs. a desktop/laptop for this platform, we recommend the iPad. - Once you’re logged in:
- Click your name in the top right corner “Manage Profile”
- Update your Birthdate, Weight, and FTP (if you know it)
- Click “Save” - Click your name in the top right corner “Connect Apps
- Click “Connect” next to Today’s Plan and follow the prompts. This will automatically sync your completed workout data into your Today’s Plan calendar.
- Computer/Android tablet users: Open Google Chrome, then click HERE to login.

ACCESSING YOUR VIDEOS (once you've gotten logged in and connected)
Normally, you'll click the black and blue buttons right in your workout in Today's Plan to access the coached video session for that workout. For your initial setup, however, we'll include your introduction workout link below. Make sure you carefully follow the instructional videos below to set up your devices correctly.
- Once you’re logged in, click HERE to access your first VOD workout.
- Remember to use the Velocity Cycling app if you’re on an iPad, or Google Chrome for any other device. This platform will not work in Edge, Safari, or on a mobile phone.
- Select your device type below, then follow the steps in the video to get set up:
