Before you get started, let's review some quick reminders about this bike platform:
- This system does NOT use ERG mode. This is purposeful. While you'll feel some resistance changes in your trainer (if you have a smart trainer), these are designed to mimic changes in slope or terrain. You will shift the gears on your bike to stay within the target ranges prescribed.
- You'll always access VOD sessions directly through Todays Plan by clicking the black and blue "CLICK FOR VOD" button.
- If you have a smart trainer, make sure you have other Bluetooth connections to your trainer OFF when connecting to the platform (e.g. turn off bike computer, Zwift, etc).
- We STRONGLY recommend making the Welcome Ride your first session on the platform. This session will help you understand how the various features work. (If you're a current athlete, you can find the Welcome Ride in the Optional Workout Library in Today's Plan or, for new athletes, in your Orientation Week)
INITIAL LOGIN AND SETUP

- Computer/Android tablet users: Open Google Chrome, then click HERE to login.
- NOTE: If using a desktop/laptop or Android tablet, this platform ONLY works in Chrome. - iPad users: Download the Velocity Cycling app, then login.
- NOTE: You MUST use the Velocity Cycling app to access this platform on an iPad (it will not work in a browser) - Once you’re logged in:
- Click your name in the top right corner “Manage Profile”
- Update your Birthdate, Weight, and FTP (if you know it)
- Click “Save” - Click your name in the top right corner “Connect Apps"
- Click “Connect” next to Today’s Plan and follow the prompts. This will automatically sync your completed workout data into your Today’s Plan calendar.
- Computer/Android tablet users: Open Google Chrome, then click HERE to login.

SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE CONNECTIONS
Remember to use the Velocity Cycling on an iPad, or Google Chrome for any other device.
To get started: open Today's Plan on the device where you'll be accessing your video bike workouts. Click into the Welcome Session or a weekday bike workout (we strongly recommend making the Welcome Ride your first session -- you can find it in the Optional Workout Library), and then click the black and blue "CLICK FOR VOD" button. This will take you into the workout for that specific session.
