You can select different dashboards or create and customize your own. The Triathlon Training summary shows you a comprehensive view of your data, recent activities, power data, etc. You can view this by discipline and over different periods of time. We have created the Purple Patch Fitness Dashboard and highly recommend monitoring this on a regular basis. It tracks both training load and hours along with subjective wellness measurements such as sleep, mood, and soreness.
