This video shows you how to set up your athlete profile, including various zones and thresholds. Knowing these markers will help dial in the specificity of your training.
For both the Bike and Run, we recommend setting your power and heart rate zones.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Log in to Today's Plan on your desktop or laptop and click your name in the top right corner.
- Click on Account and confirm that all your profile information is correct, especially those fields marked with an asterisk. If you make changes, make sure to hit the Save button.
- Next, you'll select the Zones/Thresholds tab. Enter your data from recent tests.
