You need to sign in to view this page. Today's Plan allows you to move workouts to different days both on the website and on your mobile app. This video shows you how to move or copy workouts on the website. When you hover over a specific workout, you'll see three icons at the bottom to edit, delete, or drag workout to a different day. Select and hold the "Drag the Activity to a Different Day" icon (bottom right) as you're dragging that workout to a different day. Release the mouse button to drop the workout on the desired day. You will be asked if you want to Move or Copy the workout. Select the option you want and the workout will appear in the new day.
