For less urgent technical problems, you are still welcome to Contact Us but also know that we have a lot of information and tutorials in our Education Hub which may help answer your question and get you on your way faster. You’ll find articles, videos, and podcasts on the Purple Patch Fitness methodology, season planning, coping with travel, the meaning of our sessions, and just about anything else you can think of. Use the search box to help find what you are looking for. Meetings with Matt: Matt holds regular deep-dives on various aspects of performance. The format is about 30-40 minutes of Matt speaking about the chosen topic and then about 20 minutes for questions and answers. If your questions happen to be about one of these topics then chances are you’ll find the answer to your questions. A list of upcoming Meetings with Matt can be found on the Squad calendar.
