Absolutely not. We work with athletes at all levels from beginners to seasoned pros. The one thing they all have in common is a desire to improve.
We believe in creating an experience that meets the needs and lives of each individual athlete. All of our programs are designed to accommodate your lifestyle needs and focus on developing your fitness, endurance, and race-day performance while having fun.
We view Purple Patch remote coaching and Tri Squad as an extension of our thriving community in San Francisco. Our swimming includes some of the top triathletes and swimmers in the sport but spreads across the pool to enthusiasts trying to overcome a fear of water or an athlete trying to integrate fitness into their lives for the very first time. They all become a valuable part of the program. Our indoor cycling training sessions might see one of the Purple Patch Fitness pros sitting next to a rider who has a simple aspiration to get across the finish line for the first time, but the respect goes both races as the common thread is the desire to improve. No favorites, no ego, just a supportive environment for all to find a better version of themselves. This culture and mindset extend to all our athletes around the world. Our only asks are a smile, commitment to improvement, and allowing yourself permission to have fun along the way.
