A factor to consider with your training and Today’s Plan is extensive time zone travel.
Your workouts are created based on the time zone from which you created your account profile. So, if you do change time zones (from the United States to Australia, for instance), the geo-location data in the GPS file will be read by Today's Plan and update the time zone view on your calendar to reflect your new location.
Similarly, if you use the mobile app, the location services of the phone will be sent with the data file and will also update your time zone view.
(It’s possible that some of your workouts may shift to different days based on what time they are scheduled.)
To switch back to your current time zone view on web:
- In the Calendar view, select the drop-down time zone bar in the upper left-hand corner of the calendar and select your home time zone. This will change the view back to your account's home time zone.
- You can also select your Name in the top right-hand and select Account in the dropdown menu. From there, you’ll select Profile and then adjust your proper time zone in the dialogue box.
To switch back to your current time zone on mobile app, you will have to change your Profile settings under your Account.
