You can manually add and edit workouts on both the mobile app and the desktop version of Today’s Plan.
Manually Add and Edit a Workout on the Mobile App
If you have completed a workout that was not on your plan and was not recorded on one of your devices, you can still add it to Today’s Plan via the app.
- Open up your Today’s Plan App
- In the calendar view, select the gear shift at the top right and a drop-down menu will appear
- Select “Record Manual Activity” and fill in all of the information you have (required fields are marked with a “*”)
- Click “Add”

Manually Add and Edit a Workout on the Desktop Version
If you have completed a workout that was not on your plan and was not recorded on one of your devices, you can still add it to Today’s Plan via the computer.
- Open up Today’s Plan on your computer
- In your calendar, hover your cursor over the day where you would like to add a workout and click the “+” button at the bottom right of the day.
- Then select “Add unstructured workout”
- Fill in all of the information you have (required fields are marked with a “*”) and click “Create”

Manually Upload a Workout File From Your Desktop
- To upload a workout file manually, open up Today’s Plan on your computer.
- In the upper right, just to the left of your name, you will see a number of icons. Hover over the one that looks like an up arrow, and you will see the tooltip “Upload an activity file.”
- Click the icon and drag your files into the grey field or click “Manually select files.”
