How do I manually upload the file? If there is a drop or lapse in your internet during your Zwift ride, Zwift will not be able to upload the workout. You can open your finder on your computer and select the "Documents" folder. If you scroll down you should see a "Zwift" folder with all of your activities that you have completed on Zwift, as well as other things such as workouts, etc. You can try manually uploading your file from this folder to Today's Plan and any other platforms you may use that it didn't sync with. (Tutorial HERE) If the file is corrupt you can try using this tool for .fit files ( https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top ) and then try uploading that file manually.
