WHAT YOU SHOULD PACK
SWIM
‣ Swimsuits (Yes multiple)
‣ Wetsuit (Nope)
‣ Swim kit including snorkel, buoy, ankle strap and fins (You can
purchase a complete Tower 26 swim package at
www.theswimmall.com)
‣ Bright colored swim cap
BIKE
‣ Bike, clean (Most people will be on time-trial bikes, but road bikes
are absolutely fine)
‣ Compact crankset is recommended but not required
‣ Helmet (Road and TT too if you wish)
‣ Bike shoes and socks Bike/triathlon kits (Jerseys, bibs/shorts and
gloves)
‣ Cycling sunglasses
‣ Tool kit and extra tubes for bike building/flat tires.
RUN
‣ Running shoes and apparel (Extra shorts, shirts, and hats as it will
be hot and sunny)
‣ Sunglasses
‣ Windbreaker jacket or vest (Higher elevation again)
OTHER ITEMS
‣ Note pad and pen
‣ Fuel (We will provide gels, blocks, electrolyte drinks, fruit, water, but
experience tells us that you should pack your favorites too)
‣ Watch or Garmin for self-timing (Optional)
‣ Heart Rate Monitor or GPS watch (Both completely optional and
not required)
‣ Water bottles
‣ Sun block
‣ Towels
