Not to worry, there is a simple way to fix the issue of overlapping plans. Often, in our excitement to add the Race Build, we forget to start with a fresh canvas.
To Only Have the Race Build:
- Navigate to where your name is on the computer version of Today’s Plan
- It will be in the upper right-hand corner
- Click on your name
- Click on “Plans”
- Delete the plan that is overlapping the Baseline by clicking the trash can
- Now, go back to your calendar
- Delete off the Baseline Plan either session by session (hover over the session and click the trash can icon) or week by week (go to right corner of the weekly summary in the left-hand bar, click on the ‘hambuger menu’ on the bottom right corner, and select “remove all workouts”)
- Re-add the desired Race Build
- After you are done racing, the Baseline Plan will automatically re-populate on empty days
To Only Have the Baseline Plan:
- Navigate to where your name is on the computer version of Today’s Plan
- It will be in the upper right-hand corner
- Click on your name
- Click on “Plans”
- Delete the plan that is overlapping the Baseline by clicking the trash can
- Now, go back to your calendar
- Delete off the Baseline Plan either session by session (hover over the session and click the trash can icon) or week by week (go to right corner of the weekly summary in the left-hand bar, click on the ‘hambuger menu’ on the bottom right corner, and select “remove all workouts”)
- This will leave the weeks blank, and at midnight local the Baseline Plan will reload
NOTE: In the future, be sure to delete off any sessions you won’t be executing before adding a plan.
