If you complete a workout and sync data from a device like Garmin, your session will automatically be marked complete in Today's Plan once that data links to the session. However, if you do not have data from your device (either you did not use a compatible device to record activity for a matching workout, or forgot your watch at home on your dresser) it will not automatically mark a session as complete within Today’s Plan and will remain red. However, you can manually mark a workout complete from either the desktop or mobile app:
To mark a session complete on DESKTOP
1. Open the appropriate session
2. Click on the question mark within a black circle in the upper right-hand corner
3. Select “complete” from the drop-down menu
4. Your session should now be turned “green” or marked as complete
To make a session complete in the APP:
- Navigate to the date and workout you wish to mark complete.
- Click the three dots to the right of the workout.
- Select "Complete" from the drop-down menu:
