If you complete a workout and do not have data from your device (as in you did not use a compatible device to record the activity, or it is not syncing) it will not automatically mark a session as complete within Today’s Plan and will turn red. However, you can manually mark a workout complete on the Today’s Plan desktop version.
To mark a session complete:
1. Open the appropriate session
2. Find the question mark in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click the question mark and select “complete” from the drop-down menu
4. Your session should now be turned “green” or marked as complete
