Many of you recently reported having issues with workouts not loading in your Today's Plan app, or having to log out and back in again every time you want to refresh your calendar.
This is caused by a bug in an older version of the app. If you're affected, you simply need to update to the most recent version. There are two ways to do this:
- Update the app on your device
- If you are an iOS user:
- Go into the App Store app on your device
- Search for "Today's Plan"
- Click the "Update" button
- Log out and back into the Today's Plan app to ensure the update is complete
- If you are an Android user:
- Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & device and look for the Today's Plan app. There should be a label that says "Update available".
- Click "Update".
- If you are an iOS user:
- Delete and re-install the Today's Plan app on your mobile device
- If you are an iOS user:
- Hold and press on the app itself
- Click "Remove App". IMPORTANT: Make sure you choose "Delete App". Do NOT choose "Remove from home screen" option.
- Once you have done this, go to the App Store, search for "Today's Plan" and then download the app again.
- If you are an Android user:
- Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
- At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & devices and then Manage.
- Tap the name of the app you want to delete.
- Tap Uninstall.
- Once you have done this, go back to the Google Play store and download the Today's Plan app again.
