Team Purple Patch - 

Not only Squad members!  All of Purple Patch.  Coaches, Pros, athletes directly coached by Matt, 1:1 coached athletes, Squad athletes, and Education Members.  We are Purple Patch, and with this in mind we are making some changes to our weekly news and education.

Covid-19 has forced change across so many areas, but it has also acted to bring us all together and created clarity of how best to serve, unite and connect us all.  A result of this clarity is a shift in how we communicate with all Purple Patch athletes on a weekly basis. We have decided to ‘retire’ the long-standing Coaches Bulletin email.  We will now deliver a once-weekly special education and news focused bulletin to be delivered each Sunday -- The Sunday Special.  The timing of this email is not an accident, as it aligns with the performance habit of coming out of the weeds, planning your week and launching into the week in execution mode.  You will now have the chance to plan your education and live coaching sessions, as well as your training, with the latest Purple Patch information at your fingertips.

The Sunday Special is designed for all athletes at Purple Patch, and will include:

• Education
• Important news and schedule of the week’s activities
• A review of missed sessions and things we noticed or find relevant for you in the last week
• A Squad specific section to preview the week of training ahead
• Athletes stories, news and highlights

We plan to deliver it in the format that you like, with a mix of email and a fun and informative video from Matt Dixon -- who knows what he is going to say each week, but it promises to the salient to the week.

We can consider this episode #1.  We hope you enjoy and find the timing more suitable to planning the week and catching up on everything Purple Patch.
