We are a military family with 4 kids that all play different sports with the youngest being a busy toddler. Triathlon training and racing is demanding of our already crammed schedule but Purple Patch gives us peace of mind with flexible training and a focus on recovery.  It would be a challenge to have only a plan with unrealistic high weekly hours filled with junk miles and workouts. Instead, we are given a roadmap to become stronger athletes year round without sacrificing precious time with family.  The Education Hub or a quick note to a Purple Patch coach has been a helpful resource when we have questions about recovery or nutrition or how to get our workouts in when our weekend is filled with gymnastics or soccer tournaments.  We are thankful that Purple Patch helps us to integrate and balance our love for triathlon and racing along with keeping our family first.

Next up for the McMahons: Mike is racing SuperFrog September 15th and both are racing IRONMAN Florida November 2nd alongside Mike's dad!
