Congratulations to Purple Patch Digital Guru, Neil D'Souza, on a new Olympic Triathlon PR at the recent Monte Rio Tri! He followed the Squad baseline plan (Nipple Twisters and all!) and was most proud of his steady run and a solid 8:30 min/mile pace. Way to go, Neil.
