Tahoe Olympic Triathlon

I competed in the Olympic distance triathlon and was second in my age group. I am an active duty trauma surgeon with a wife and four year old. I integrate training in to a time starved life including 24 hours in-house calls. As I prepare for my upcoming Superfrog 70.3, this was a great opportunity to see how my long term growth is progressing.

  Great venue with a lot of climbing in the bike. Everything is better with a little Tahoe though. Hope you had a good race.
